We guarantee top 20 ranking within 180 days from our original search engine submission date. In order to achieve these results, we require that the following conditions or the guarantee will be void.

You must agree to the following terms:
We must have the ability to optimize the layout and text of your web pages, changes generally have a minimal visual impact. We will work directly with you in order to maintain the original style and content of your site.

You must provide TotalChoice Hosting staff with current passwords and user IDs needed to gain remote access to your site files via FTP software. We will maintain confidentiality of the passwords and user IDs.

If your site is light in textual content, you will provide additional relevant text content for the purpose of enhancing body text.

You must alert anyone who has access to the Web site that TotalChoice Hosting is performing work on the site.

You must agree to clearly communication any work or alterations on the site while TotalChoice Hosting is optimizing it. TotalChoice Hosting is not responsible for changes made to the Web site by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the client's Web site.

This is very important, you must agree that you will inform us of any site changes during the duration of our services.

You understand that our search engine optimization service does not include required paid search engine submission fees. Fees must be paid directly to these search engines for inclusion (these include Yahoo, Fast and Inktomi).

In order to keep your site's ranking in top positions we must have full FTP access to your web site during the guarantee period. This will enable us to update your site when necessary.

You are required to sign up for one of our Maintenance Packages for a minimum 6 month duration (to commence after initial search engine submission). It is during this time that the site is continuously 'tweaked' in order to obtain and maintain top rankings.
