Use cPanel to add new user(s) to your web site.
1. Access your cPanel account via your browser
2. Click on 'Mail Manager' > 'Add/Remove Accounts'
3. Click on 'Add Account' at the bottom of the screen
4. Enter user name and password, then click on 'Create'
