Someone or ones have taken my domain name and are using it to send spam. ie. there are a lot of returns from someoneidontknow@mytchdomainname.com.

I'm getting several thousands of these in the span of a few minutes. Is there anything that I can do?

Thanks.

Ticket to the help desk would be a good start. Link is at the top of the forum. After that, I'd make sure you aren't running any old, outdated, or vulnerable scripts on your site that someone could use.

Ok. Thanks. I removed one old email address I had as a link. I'm guessing that's where they got it.

I get the same thing now and then
a Spammer spoofing my domain name.

Disable catch all e-mail. You can do that in cpanel. When you do that, the bounces will be rejected by the mailserver on your TCH server.

How to disable your catch-all address:

Select Default Address and set all of them (if more than one) to :fail:

Done. Thanks!
