Welcome to the forums Andrew.
First off, that's probably one of the least-bloated FrontPage sites I've ever seen. Well done.
The layout is clean and it works. Links work. Text is readable. Pretty straightforward.
One thing you might want to consider is using a contact form or some form of masking to hide your email address. Posting your email address on the Internet in plain text is an open invitation for the spam bots.
For the "weblog," are you just typing new entries into FrontPage and republishing? You might consider some real blog software such as Wordpress, Moveable Type, or my current fav PluggedOut Blog. Easy enough to integrate into your site and blogging itself becomes easier to do and more likely to happen. Or just keep doing what you're doing if you're happy with it. Plenty of help around these parts with whatever you want to do.
Not really too much else to offer. Keep up the good work.

Welcome to the forums Andrew

As Tim has said you may want to consider a contact form instead of just putting your email address out there for all the spam robots to pick up.
The site is nice and clean. I agree with Tim about using some blog software to maintain your posts, it will be easier in the long run to manage your posts.
One other thing and it may be my age and my eyes but the black text on the olive green headers is difficult for me to read.
Nice site.

Welcome to the forums andrew!
Lovely site

I have to agree with bruce, the yellow/olive green does not work for me, but thats a personnel thing. I actually prefer the olive green to the yellow!

Hi Andrew, welcome to the forums and to the family!
The only thing I'd add other than what's been said so far is that a couple of your pages are pretty long. I'd consider breaking them up into either separate pages or at least with some whitespace and some photos.
By the way, your site brings back many memories. You mention ham radio, Muhammed Ali, and moving to Clarksville, TN. I'm a ham - KD4CKQ forced into semi-exile due to location and finances, I was born and raised in Louisville, KY and my favorite place I've ever lived is Erin, TN - about 30 miles SW of Clarksville.
Here's to much fun hosting here and great success in your new town!

Andrew, welcome to the forum.
I liked your site. I thought it was interesting. My first reaction was to the color scheme, as has been mentioned above. I am not a huge fan of the color choice, but I think it is okay. It might work better if there was better contrast with the header image at the top of the page. I'd like to see some more color contrast to make something stand out.
I think you've got a great start! Good work! :

I agree, lose the e-mail address or
encode itbut a form is best.
After posting mine on my site 5 years ago
its a popular spammer target.
