Sorry, don't know of any site that uses osCommerce and STS Plus.
Was going to suggest that you post on the oscommerce forum, expecting that you would get a higher response there, but it looks like you have already tried that back in April.
You might want to contact one of the contributors of the STS project. They may have a link set up for samples or to live sites.
