Quick question, do I have to purchase my SSL certificate through TCH? Or can I provide TCH with one I purchase seperately, and just get charged the $35 install?

Yes you can purchase an SSL cert form a third party and have us install it for you.
When you are ready for us to do this just pop a ticket in with the helpdesk and it will be all sorted out.
