The problem I see is if they download, what keeps people from sharing (emailing) those videos to others once they have them downloaded.
I really don't know if Zen-Cart restricts simultaneous logins or not.
I haven't looked at it in a while but check out PlexCart at plexum.com (previously ox-cart). I know that it can do subscriptions and downloadable products, so maybe it can do what you need. It is not a free program.

Search for Subscription Manager, Download Manager, E-Downloads etc should bring some things up.
