I started TCH in the garage of my small Michigan home offering any computer related service, from repairing and building PC's to server and network installations and more. As time went on, the Internet explosion occurred and all of my network customers were looking for someone to host their websites. In the early years, we leased a few servers and resold the space to clients.

As we continued to grow and expand, in 2007, our services and increasing amount of clients prompted us to move into our own datacenter and maintain all of our equipment. Six years later, in 2013, we are hosting tens of thousands of clients and have a dedicated staff of professionals.

I am available for my clients any time, day or night. New Year’s Day until Christmas, I am here to deal with any issues or concerns you may have. If you would simply like to chat for any other reason, I always enjoy talking with my clients.

Dick has been an important part of TotalChoice Hosting for over a decade. He oversees all operations and helps to ensure that TCH is running smoothly and efficiently.

Mike started off designing websites and programming in Visual Basic in the 1990’s. He began focusing on web development in 2002 and soon after became a customer of TotalChoice Hosting. He met his wife in college and graduated with a degree in Sociology. He recently joined the TCH team as the Customer Service Manager and has a lot of experience and knowledge. Mike and his wife live just north of New York City with their dog and enjoy sports, watching movies, cars and programming.

Alex has his Masters in Computer Science and over 13 years of field experience. He started his career as a programmer and moved to the world of Linux around 2000. At this point he gained his RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) certificate and switched his focus to Linux Hosting. He hasn’t looked back since. He joined TCH’s team in 2006 and is a highly skilled Level 2 technician. His hobbies include listening to music, traveling, cars, bikes and programming when he has some free time.

Bryan Abraham has 10 years of accumulated system administration and networking experience. He holds a number of industry certifications including RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineering), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CAN (Certified Netware Administrator), as well as a very deep understanding of the inner workings TCP/IP. Before TCH, Bryan held numerous leadership positions in the field of Open-Source technology.

On his free time Bryan Enjoys playing with his daughter, Photography, reading and teaching himself to play guitar.

Tina has been with the team as a Technical Officer since 2008 and is responsible for managing the technical support department during her shift. This includes handling help desk tickets, support chat and technical problem resolution. She is a very skilled technician and enjoys interacting with people. Before joining TotalChoice Hosting she was a Computer Lecturer at a local College after studying Information Technology in grad school. On her free time she enjoys gardening, cooking and travelling.

Tony started studying computers in 1995 and decided to focus on the IT sector throughout the years. He graduated with a degree in Hardware and Networking and his specialties include Linux system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support for web hosting etc. Tony and his family have a dog that recently had 3 puppies, all in which are part of his family! He enjoys watching movies, particular directed by Christopher Nolan, on his free time.

Balakrishnan has been with TCH for over 8 years in various levels of Server Administration. In 2011 he took on the role of Technical Support Manger and is always behind the scenes making sure the servers are working at their best, planning and executing upgrades, migrations and new server rollouts. On his free time he enjoys going for long drives, listening to 80’s music and his Rottweiler, Spike, who destroys everything that he can sink his teeth into.
